Dr. Keki Sidhwa has authored six books: The Problem of Ill-health, Medical Drugs On Trial Verdict Guilty, Fit For Anything, First Aid the Natural Way, Words and Music and All Alone (Poems on Health, Love and Life). The Quintessence of Natural Living is his opus magnum culled from his writings over 35 years and lecturing over the same period.

Here is one of Keki Sidhwa's poems from Words and Music and All Alone:

The Fast Complete

I have cleansed the tissues of my body today from head to toe;
I have sent the toxins flying, with courage, determination and pluck;
I have opened wide the windows to fresh air, rest and sunshine.
My bloodstream is now free from any muck.
I have cast away all dead and worn out cells that were no longer needed
And replenished them with young ones in a neat and tidy array
And now my fast is over, the day is almost ended.
My body is light as a feather - and I hope it stays that way!
I have cleansed my mind and spirit from anxiety, worry, despair;
I have cast out fear, self-pity and thrown away sorrow;
I have routed out the sins of omission and commission from the hidden recesses of my being,
And emotional poise, instead of poisons, brings hope and joy for a new tomorrow.
I have opened wide the doorway to Faith, Love and Charity,
And welcomed them there to enter and never go away.
Now my fast is ended, the work is almost over.
My senses are more acute, my spirit brighter,
And health and truth will forever hold sway.
